Our wines
Red
Côtes du Rhône
Fruity, full-bodied, generous red wine. Notes of red fruits, spices and liquorice. A perfectly structured wine with a lot of roundness and smooth tannins. It will go perfectly with all your white and red meats and cheeses, even the strongest.
Rosé
Côtes du Rhône
Rosé wine, fruity and round in the mouth. On the nose, an aromatic palette of summer fruits (strawberry, peach). On the palate, a pure sweetness where exotic and red fruit flavours intermingle. A perfect balance between freshness and greediness. This fresh wine will accompany your grilled meats, white meats and your aperitifs.
White
Pouilly-Fuissé
The dress is clear and limpid with emerald reflections characteristic of the KING of Maconnais. In the nose, aromas of white flowers such as acacia, flint, grilled almonds, hazelnut and honey. Very mineral, it will be the companion in its youth of shellfish or swordfish and with a few years a perfect association with beautiful poultry with white flesh. Goat's cheese will be a nice companion.
White
Mâcon-Villages
White gold or straw yellow colour, with silver reflections. The aromas are complex, mixing broom, white rose and acacia scents, honeysuckle, verbena and citrus fruits. On the palate, there is a good concentration with sufficient acid support to bring aromatic freshness and length. The wine is characterized by its roundness and smoothness.
White
Saint-Véran
The color is a very pale, bright, limpid yellow gold. The nose develops subtle aromas of fruit (peach, pear) or acacia, honeysuckle and fern, often with hints of fresh almond, hazelnut, cinnamon, butter and sometimes honey.
Red
Châteauneuf-du-Pape
A full-bodied, powerful, well-balanced and warm wine, combining red fruit aromas with spices and liquorice. Tonic, good length in the mouth. It goes perfectly with game, red meat and cheese, even the strongest.
White
Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Half of this Châteauneuf du Pape blanc is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for freshness, finesse, fruit and minerality, and in barrels for fatness and roundness. It is then aged for 8 to 10 months in barrels and vats before bottling. A great wine that deserves its rewards. It can be enjoyed within a year of production, but will benefit from ageing for five years or more. Structured, powerful and fruity at the same time. It combines aromas of toast, beeswax and white fruits. It goes well with fish, white meats, Mediterranean cuisine (Provençal tuna, cold ratatouille) and certain goat's cheeses.
